weak pressure faulty remote
My visit did have a couple of hiccups. the shower pressure was sadly akin to a gentle drizzle. also, the tv remote seemed to have a mind of its own. It would change channels at random. it was a bit like poltergeist activity.

The room was spacious and very clean. i appreciated its close proximity to various bars and restaurants. a short walk led to the main square. It was very convenient.
The receptionist on check-in seemed miserable and not helpful. our room differed significantly from the website photos, appearing quite basic. the fridge did not work, and hot water was minimal. It only lasted a few minutes.

lovely coffee good food ideal location dated room no lift noise level
the breakfast offered a good range of food and the coffee was lovely. restaurant staff ensured food never ran out, which i appreciated. the hotel's location is ideal for accessing the main square, it was very convenient.
Our room in the older section, specifically room 101, felt quite dated. i had to carry my suitcase up a flight and a half of stairs because there was no lift access. the room was also noisy due to its proximity to the reception area. I could hear everyone entering the hotel.

I found the location to be quite accessible, just a short walk to the main attractions. the staff were helpful. They provided useful recommendations. breakfast was generous. I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruits. the room was very clean, and i felt secure .
The television in my room had a slight issue. It was not functioning.

great location fantastic variety fast staff fresh towels
The location is AMAZING. It's a quick walk to the main square. Breakfast includes MANY choices and a fantastic variety of food. Staff responded fast when I asked for an extra pillow. The bedroom got cleaned daily. Fresh towels and new coffee were provided.
The coffee from a self-service machine was a bit of a letdown.

limited storage space poor quality
the hotel location was acceptable, a short walk to the main square.
The room design lacked storage space. there was no proper wardrobe, only open hanging space. i found the breakfast quite poor. The quality of the cold selection was disappointing.
